Before Work Begins: A full refund is available if the project is canceled before we start working.
Partial Work Completed: If you cancel after we have started but before project completion, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.
After Delivery: Once the final service (SEO work, website launch, or marketing campaign) is delivered, refunds are generally not available.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Service was not delivered as described in the agreement.
Technical issues on our end prevented delivery.
Duplicate payment or billing error.
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, or ad budgets.
Completed projects or services that have been fully delivered.
All refund requests must be sent to contact@taytmaters.com within 7 business days of payment.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
