Additional costs (e.g., domains, hosting, premium tools) are the client’s responsibility.
Provide accurate and timely information required for the project.
Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within reasonable timelines.
Ensure that all content provided (images, text, etc.) is legally owned or licensed.
Upon full payment, all custom website designs and SEO strategies created for the client become their property.
Taytmaters reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (without disclosing sensitive data).
While we use best practices, we do not guarantee specific SEO rankings due to constant search engine algorithm changes.
We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party providers (hosting companies, registrars, ad platforms, etc.).
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own logins, passwords, and sensitive credentials.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Refunds (if applicable) will follow our Refund Policy.
Taytmaters may terminate services if a client breaches these terms.
Taytmaters will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits, website downtime, or search engine penalties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Taytmaters operates. Any disputes will be handled under applicable jurisdiction.
